is a practical form of healthcare for both people and animals and

is a ConTact C.A.R.E therapist, having trained with founder Dale
Speedy, and has a growing number of fantastic results and testimonials
from his clients ranging from people with both long term health
problems to recent injuries needing treatment, and of course horses.
Both Greg and Diana have completed an Equine ConTact C.A.R.E certificate
and use this method regularly in life on the farm while working
with the horses in their care.
In Greg's own
terms, ConTact C.A.R.E offers the chance for your body to help heal
itself and provides "drug-free pain relief". It is a gentle
treatment that works with the body's approval, there is absolutely
no force or pain involved during a treatment meaning it can be used
on people of all ages and stages of life (and animals!).
therapy is excellent for old or new impact injuries and health problems.
C.A.R.E is Flinchlock Release Therapy
- a system to locate and release trapped bone pressure, triggered
and held by surprise impact. A Flinchlock happens when an impact
enters the bone by surprise. For example falls, accidents, sports
injuries etc. Our body can hold injuries from many years earlier
that have long been forgotten about but can be still affecting us
to this day and causing a wide range of complications. Force enters
the bone followed by a reaction. In this combination the involuntary
contraction locks pressure into the bone. The impact pressure becomes
the bone's new working pressure (bone memory) resulting in hardened
ligaments, tendon and muscle fascia. This create joint imbalance,
strain and tension which is often felt in corresponding parts of
the body as they try to take up the workload of the injured area.

recognises the body's self defence system and understands the pressure

to match and neutralize the original impact injury pressure. By
supporting the body and allowing it to release the trapped pressure
from the bone, many conditions and injuries causing musculo-skeletal
discomfort, tension, stress or pain can be very effectively work

Greg's Personal Story
With close family
and friends having very successful treatments over the years from
both ConTact C.A.R.E founders Dale Speedy and Kym Summers for a
number of minor and major health complaints, it was following a
spinal injury in 2014 that Greg truely experienced and understood
the incredible results that ConTact C.A.R.E could provide. After
being hit in the lower back by a horse while leading her through
a gate, the impact broke the disk between his L4 and L5 vertebrae
into 3 pieces. As the months went on this saw him unable to work
and with constant pain and numbness down his entire left side. Despite
finding some pain relief from treatments with Dale, surgery to fix
the broken bone became a necessary option, however a year of already
carrying the injury had resulted in alot of other ongoing pain,
physical and emotional symptoms caused by his body trying to support
such a major and traumatic injury. Following spinal fusion surgery
in 2015, the only follow up treatment that Greg had was fortnightly
ConTact C.A.R.E treatments with Dale Speedy which were the instrumental
factor in Greg's excellent rehabilitation and getting back to full
health with no back pain whatsoever and feeling better than ever.

lifelong work with horses, understanding of pressure / release,
awareness of body lanugauge and movement combined with an excited
interest in the treatment - even more so during his own post surgery
recovery - saw him undertake ConTact C.A.R.E training under the
guidance of treatment founder Dale Speedy. Now a ConTact C.A.R.E
therpaist, Greg has found a very natural affinity for the work and
has already provided many people and horses with amazing results
from both recent and very long term pain and health problems.
few client testimonials...
myself suddenly experiencing sharp shooting pains from my thumb
up to my shoulder, and several other symptoms consistent with RSI,
which I attributed to too much time on my keyboard. I was preparing
to undergo costly tests with a specialist but Greg thought ConTact
C.A.R.E might help. 40mins later I was "done". I can hand-on-heart
say I have not experienced a single shooting pain since! Three months
later and no symptoms have returned. I'm truely amazed that one
session could 'fix' what I thought was muscular trauma. I can't
speak highly enough of Greg's work. "
so much Greg for the work you did on me today. I feel so light and
honestly can't remember the last time I walked so freely! Your work
is amazing, thankyou."
at an Adult Rider Empowerment weekend clinic at Chester Farm (which
by the way was awesome! and also highly recommended), Greg picked
up on my stiffness and poor positon whilst riding, he spoke with
me and carried out some ConTact C.A.R.E. I am from a medical background
and worked with my alternative therapies but had not previously
heard of this. I have previously had two prolapsed discs, and shoulder
injuries, so was well aware of my unintentional hunched position,
protecting my back. During the treatment I heard clicks and felt
releases. Amazing! Slept on a camping bed that night and was worried
about my back the next morning, No problems! Got on my horse and
sat so much better. My back has never felt so good, I have felt
so much healthier and my horse enjoys my improved posture. I am
a convert and would highly recommend this treatment. It really has
truly changed my life."
recommend Greg Jamieson and his ConTact C.A.R.E Treatment. I was
in a pretty bad way after leaving a Showjumping event which was
not successful and headed straight to Chester Farm and Greg. He
could see straight away while he watched me ride my horse that I
had severe pain in my left knee. What transpired was amazing, he
treated me while I was sitting on my horse and as well as releasing
the pain in my knee I also experienced an emotional release as well,
quite incredible as I had probably been carrying that pain around
for some time. He also picked up on some back issues I was having
and I had several treatments for that which offered pain relief
also. Later we found I had to have quite a major back operation
for this broken bone injury but I will continue with Greg shortly
to help my recovery from this as well. I do believe that without
Greg's help I wouldn't even be riding at all by now!"
